What is included in my rate?
Every site is 30 feet wide and has both 30-amp and 50-amp electrical service. Electricity, water, sewer, and household trash are included. Wi-Fi is not provided. Laundry access instructions are sent after full payment is verified.
Can I book an opening on this website?
Yes. Select “Check availability & book” to open our Lime Reservations portal. Choose dates, review available sites and follow the booking steps there. Selecting a site on its own does not complete a reservation.
How do monthly payments work?
The $925 rate covers a full calendar month. An initial partial month is prorated using the actual number of calendar days. Monthly payments are due on the first and made manually. Existing monthly guests renew by paying their next invoice, subject to the park agreement and any valid termination notice.
Are older RVs allowed?
RVs must be 15 model years old or newer, unless approved by park management. Please share your model year and rig details when checking availability.
Can I bring a pet or add skirting or a structure?
Please discuss your pets and any proposed skirting, deck, fence, or other structure with management before arrival. Review the park agreement and obtain any required written approval before installing anything.
When will I receive the lock codes?
Management sends the pedestal code for your assigned site and the shared laundry-door code by text or email after verifying full payment. Codes are not displayed publicly.
